Tantra Wellness & Yoga: Find yourself with small-batch, hand-crafted yoga classes led by experienced heart-centered instruction.

In both group and private practice, connecting the subtle (emotional/mental) and gross (physical/neurological) aspects of the self is our way to find a greater connection to the WHOLE self, the spiritual. We do this through use of systems including asana (yoga postures), the chakras (energy centers), svadhyaya (self-reflective practice) and meditation, to name a few. Before your first visit to TANTRA please read our “before your first visit” page, as well as the class descriptions by element.

This is a place and time where your practice is more than a sweat or a stretch.

This is a RETURN TO SACRED.
