Common Wealth Development, Inc.
Common Wealth Development, Inc. was founded in 1979 out of a commitment to preserve the vitality of Madison's Williamson-Marquette neighborhood. Since that time, Common Wealth has participated in many projects to improve the housing and business climate of the neighborhood, and has initiated important community development projects.

Society of St. Vincent de Paul Thrift Store
The award-winning St. Vinny's on Willy Street offers a broad array of clothing – including racks of retro items – and the largest furniture selection in any Madison thrift store. We also offer one of the best pre-read book departments of any thrift store in the nation. Other items include shoes, coats, fashion accessories, housewares, art, recordings, jewelry, collectibles, toys, and small appliances.

The Rainbow Project
The Rainbow Project, Inc. is a private, non-profit organization, providing services to children and families in the greater Madison area experiencing stress related (but not limited) to the effects of trauma, neglect and other biological and environmental stressors. Services provided include short and long-term counseling, prevention and early intervention services for children, adults, families and the community.
